Today, many organizations have employees in more than one country and speaking more than one language. When we operate in jurisdictions with multiple official languages, our E&C program – at least the mandatory part of it – ought to be available in all languages, even when the local law does not mandate it.
Yes it is more work. Yes it is burdensome. Yes it is expensive.
But it’s a sign of respect for our employees.
