Should corporate culture be regulated?

Some argues it should, others that it should not.

What is certain is that it can be. Once you accept that culture is an outcome of your processes, that is. For many, that is too big of a responsibility to accept.

Regulators understand that we cannot have rules for everything, so it is only a matter of time before they decide to regulate culture. So now is a good time for corporations to look at their key processes – how they hire, compensate, reward, promote, etc. – and take action.

Before the government does.
