Today I participated in Bettina Palazzo‘s Compliance Cappuccino Club for the first time.
Just a small group of ethics and compliance professionals meeting on Zoom to discuss common challenges and offer solutions. It was simply delightful.
It reminded me of the importance of belonging to a community of E&C professionals beyond the walls of our employers. If you are an E&C professional and don’t belong to a peer group, consider joining one.
Better yet, create one that will address your specific needs. I am convinced that a handful of compliance leaders in your state or country are struggling with the same challenges you face. You can help each other.
