First, get rid of all the jerks

Here is a proposal for the workplace:

• Effective immediately, all jerks must undergo self-control training.
• Starting in 2018, no jerk will ever be promoted.
• Starting in 2019, all remaining jerks will be separated from the organization.

If you think this is too drastic, consider the effects of jerks on an organization.
